This course is a two day hands on practical cadaveric workshop for surgeons, military or civilians who are relatively inexperienced in trauma but may be required to perform surgery on patients suffering traumatic injuries under pressure in a trauma and emergency environment.

Pelican Cancer Foundation and the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland (ACPGBI) are collaborating to deliver the Pelican IMPACT programme for all colorectal MDTs in Great Britain and Ireland in 2018/19. An excellent steering committee has helped to design an original one day workshop.

The Laparoscopic Colorectal Train the Trainers Course (LAPCO TT) develops effective coaching skills for laparoscopic colorectal surgery. The course is adapted from the JAG approved Training the Trainers for Flexible Endoscopy but focuses on the specific needs of laparoscopic colorectal surgery
This one day educational event is aimed to provide all colorectal trainee with key skills to manage colorectal emergencies.
