Registration for ACPGBI 2024 is now open.

What's included in fees

This year’s venue, ICC Wales, is superbly accessible yet situated in glorious countryside close to Newport. It is just minutes from the M4 and accessible to major train stations and 2 international airports. The location will provide a fantastic conference experience.

Welcome Reception with light street food supper at ICC.

Tuesday 2 July 2024

Dinner at Celtic Manor Hotel (5 minutes' walk from the ICC) will provide a great opportunity to catch-up with colleagues.

The evening will comprise dinner and the after-dinner speaker will be Adam Kay, a BAFTA-award winning author, TV writer and former junior doctor. His first book "This is Going to Hurt" spent over a year at number one in the Sunday Times bestseller list.

The dinner is not included in the registration fees below and can be added as part of the registration process for £40.00 + VAT (3 course meal with wine).

Places are limited, and we cannot guarantee availability at a later date. Dinner refunds will not be available after 8 June.

Parking

The link above can be used by attendees in advance of the event to pay for their parking at ICC at a discounted full-day rate of £6.

Please note that this doesn’t secure a specific spot, it simply captures your payment in advance and helps to avoid queues on event days at the car park machines. Pre-paid attendees would still receive a ticket at the car park barriers upon arrival as this is standard practice, however it can simply be discarded as the system recognises their car’s registration plate details and the barrier will simply lift for them upon exit.

Any delegate who don’t pre-pay will be subject to the standard carpark fees.
