Fat wrapping independently predicts adverse outcome following surgery for Crohn’s disease

Aims to further determine the relationship of mesenteric changes (especially fat wrapping) with disease properties such as: surgical disease recurrence, mucosal disease manifestations (ulceration, oedema, strictures, fistula, pseudopolyposis) and correlate with CDAI and systemic events.
