This 2 day course is designed to provide surgical trainees (ST1-4) with the technical skills required to perform the most common laparoscopic general surgical operations:
- Cholecystectomy
- Appendectomy
- Repair of perforated duodenal ulcer

In addition
Attending Core Lap will contribute 10 credits towards the 60 required for a PGCert & activities help prepare students for the LapPass qualification, which they can go on to study for afterwards
