Biography
I have been a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon in Cardiff since 2005. This followed my Specialist Registrar Training in Oxford and a year spent at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, USA where I was a Clinical Fellow and Chief Surgical Resident.
I have a busy specialist colorectal practice including colorectal cancer, colorectal polyps, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticulosis and all anorectal problems (haemorrhoids, anal fistula and anal fissure) I undertake laparoscopic surgery, minimally invasive rectal surgery (TEM), and colonoscopy.
I am a specialist advisor to Bowel Screening Wales for complex polyps and surgical quality assurance. I am also the South Wales representative for the Association of Coloproctology.
