Biography
Mr Suggett studied medicine at Oxford University before completing his surgical training in the West Midlands. He published an MD in colorectal cancer research at Birmingham University before being appointed at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. He is the clinical lead for colorectal surgery and Royal College Surgical Tutor. His interests are in inflammatory bowel disease, complex hernias and laparoscopic colorectal surgery in general.
