Biography

I have been Graduated from University of Dhaka in 2000 and finished my internship in 2001.Got my fellowship (FCPS)in General surgery in 2006 from BCPS, Bangladesh. In 2009 I was appointed as assistant professor of Surgery and was involved with Undergraduate training. In 2010 , I came to UK for further training in laparoscopic colorectal surgery. I worked in different hospitals including Royal London, Whipps Cross, Queens and King George Hospital as a Senior clinical fellow before I JoinedWilliam Harvey hospital as a locus Consultant in Emergency and colorectal surgery. I completed my intercollegiate FRCS exam with interest in colorectal surgery in 2017. My area of interests are, Laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection, Colonoscopy and polypectomy, benign colorectal disease including fissure, fistula, haemorrhoids and prolapse. I am also interested in general surgery including laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia surgery.
