Biography
I trained as a General Surgeon and qualified in India in 2004. My thesis was on Anorectal Malformation and corrective surgery for this. Following this, I trained further in the UK, including a laparoscopic colorectal fellowship and developed a special interest in Early Rectal Cancer and TEMS. Most of my work involves laparoscopic cancer surgery but I also enjoy performing laparoscopic hernia surgery (TAPP and incisional hernia) and surgery for benign colorectal pathology.
