Biography
Appointed as a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon at University Hospitals Bristol in 2014. I completed my Higher Specialist Training in the Oxford region and was appointed to a National Fellowship in laparoscopic colorectal surgery in Newcastle and a fellowship focusing on pelvic floor surgery in Bristol in 2013. As a member of the National Pelvic Floor Society executive committee I have worked on developments for trainees. I have also represented trainees on the executive committee of the coloproctology section of the Royal Society of Medicine.
As well as taking a lead in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders at University Hospitals Bristol I am also a member of the colorectal cancer multidisciplinary team and an undergraduate tutor for the University of Bristol.
