Biography
I am a Senior Clinical Fellow employed at Basildon Hospital since June 2023 in the Department of General and Colorectal Surgery. I have finished my core training (MS General Surgery) in India since 2020. I have always had a great interest in GI surgery. After working in upper GI and HPB units back home, I was convinced that colorectal surgery is my true calling. I have kept myself involved in all aspects of colorectal surgery in terms of cancer resections, diverticular resections, IBD, pelvic floor and proctology since starting work in the current unit and never looked back. Everything coloproctology fascinates me and I hope to join a community of like minded surgeons to further develop along my career path.
