Many of you will have seen the newspaper articles about a colleague from London who was recently jailed for manslaughter. I know this has sparked a lot of debate and I am attaching the sentencing remarks for people to read and make their own opinion. These are difficult times and a judgement like this may lead us to reflect on how we manage our practice both within the NHS and private sector.
