We are aware of fraudulent emails currently circulating that claim to offer a “lifetime membership” to ACPGBI.

Please be assured that these emails are not from ACPGBI and no lifetime membership offers are being made.

To help you identify genuine ACPGBI communications:

All card payments to ACPGBI are processed securely via Stripe

All Direct Debit payments are processed via GoCardless

Official ACPGBI emails are sent only from recognised office email addresses ending in @acpgbi.org.uk

ACPGBI will never request payment or personal information via unsolicited or unexpected emails

What you should do

❌ Do not click on any links

❌ Do not provide personal or payment details

❌ Do not reply to the email

✔️ Delete the message immediately

Our web and IT teams are aware of this fraudulent activity and it has been reported to the relevant authorities. We continue to monitor the situation closely to protect our members.
