Nominations are invited for 9 posts on the Pelvic Floor Society Committee.  In the event of more than 9 nominations there will be a ballot. Once appointed to the committee, individual roles will be allocated.  The Chair will be selected from within the committee. All Ordinary  Members in the UK and Ireland are eligible to be nominated. To apply download,  complete and return the nomination form with a one page summary CV. Closing date: Friday, 26  July 2013.
