Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland will be held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre at 08:00 BST Monday 4th July 2022 for the following purposes:

  1. to approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting of the Company
  2. to receive and consider the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company/Charity for the year ended 31 December 2021 including the reports of the Directors and Auditors
  3. to consider the appointment and re-appointment of Auditors
  4. to note the appointment, re-appointment and changes to Directors
  5. to consider changes to the constitution as described
