About ACPGBI

ACPN are committed to supporting the educational needs of specialist nurses and allied health professionals working in coloproctology. Education to support specialist and advanced practice is not just about extending and maintaining clinical expertise but building non-clinical knowledge, using opportunities to learn from and with each other and participating in all aspects of clinical research.

Membership of ACPN is an opportunity to take charge of your career, strengthen your network and broaden your knowledge.

Meet the Chair

Jay Bradbury is the ACPN Chair. She currently manages the stoma/colorectal nursing service for Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where she manages a group of 15 specialist nurses who provide nurse led services for patients with colorectal cancer, stoma, ileal-anal pouch and pelvic floor disorders. She has budgetary and professional responsibility for these teams and these services are provided by the 4 hospitals within the Trust, as well as the community of Oxfordshire. Despite the large management component of this post, Jay also runs a nurse-led clinic for colorectal cancer patients, seeing patients at all stages of their pathway, from diagnosis to palliative care. She is an active member of the multidisciplinary team and strives to improve patients care and their experience.
