Biography
I am a Consultant Colorectal & General Surgeon at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust and a clinical academic Principal Research Fellow at UCL. I practise the full breadth of coloproctology, including advanced proctology, fistula and pelvic-floor surgery, alongside complex pelvic and minimally invasive colorectal surgery. My translational research spans extracellular-vesicle diagnostics and epigenetic therapeutics in IBD, with an international patent, NIHR Chief-Investigator funding, and a UCL REF 2029 impact case study. I am committed to advancing coloproctology standards and training.
