This research roadshow will promote colorectal research and the research agenda for the Association of Coloproctology, Great Britain and Ireland (ACPGBI) as set out by the recent Delphi process. It will educate delegates “how to” enrol to trials highlighting the pitfalls and challenges investigators and the research team face.

A 3 day, practical course providing laboratory based practice of intermediate laparoscopic skills, aimed at surgical trainees (SPR) with some prior experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, allowing easy exchange of ideas and experiences.
