Day 2 – 28th April 2020, 07:45 – 17:00 @ Quadrum Institute – Norfolk & Norwich University NHS Foundation Trust and Queen’s Building, University of East Anglia

Course Objectives:

Establishing indications and contraindications for pelvic side wall dissection in the context of locally advanced and recurrent pelvic cancer surgery.

Discuss the management of pelvic sidewall lymph node.

Discuss indications for intraoperative radiotherapy

Use Cadaver dissection to demonstrate and then discuss the optimisation and standardisation of the techniques used in pelvic dissection.

Pelvic lymphadenectomy
Lateral pelvic sidewall dissection (pelvic major vessels and sciatic nerve dissection)
Dealing with troublesome intra-operative bleeding
Day 1 – to include light lunch, dinner and refreshments

Day 1 & 2 – to include as above and lunch and refreshments
