In light of the interest in having more frequent chapter meetings I am pleased to announce that the next ACPGBI Mersey chapter meeting will be held via zoom on Thursday 30th July at 5-6.30pm. Thanks go to Shakil Ahmed who has put the programme together on behalf of LUFT. Please see the programme below.
The new President of ACPGBI, Professor Steve Brown, will start the meeting and then there are a selection of excellent local speakers covering a range of topics (see programme below). There will be the opportunity for Q&As – If you have questions for the speakers you will be able to do this via the chat function on Zoom (either to the group or to directly to me if you would prefer).
If you would like to attend this virtual zoom meeting, please register your interest by emailing Nicole Taub at the ACPGBI.
Once you have registered for the meeting you will be sent a link the day before. Please do not share this link. On the day of the meeting when you join you will be kept in a “waiting room” until the start of the meeting. Please ensure that your name on your image is correct in order that you may be provided with a certificate of attendance afterwards. Everyone apart from the main speakers will be muted in order to avoid problems with sound quality. Depending upon the timings it may not be possible to put all of the questions to the panel.
