DESCRIPTION:The Lapco TT (Train the Trainer) is a 2 day interactive course for Consultants.The first day is a ‘dry skills’ day, which incorporates classroom teaching and lectures, plus interactive role play on a series of training scenario exercises.The second day is a live operating day with all theatre activity transmitted through a live link to a seminar room where all faculty and delegates will be able to observe training episodes being undertaken. Each trainer delegate has the opportunity to participate in a 20 minute part of the procedure, and are required to brief and debrief their trainee before and after the clinical session. The trainees in theatre will be local SpRs or NTP trainees registered with that training centre. More Information and Registration
