In 1998 she was instrumental in establishing the firm’s financial regulatory practice, which she then headed until her retirement in 2013. Throughout her career she advised a wide range of domestic and international financial institutions and companies on UK and EU law and regulation and also worked closely with government and regulators on financial law reform. Since retiring she has obtained an MA in history from University College London.
She is currently a non-executive director of a long-established corporate provider of fiduciary and trustee services. She is married with three sons and lives in London and Hertfordshire
