Exhibition
The exhibition will be held in the Purbeck Hall at BIC. This is on the ground floor level of the venue. The Purbeck Hall is easily accessible from the other halls and areas in use. Please click on link below for a copy of the exhibition plan. 
 
Exhibition Package
Most stands, as outlined in the floor plan, are for a shell scheme standard size of 3m x 2m. Multiple units can be reserved. The exhibition package for each 3m x 2m stand includes:
 
  • Shell scheme exhibition stand c/w the standard light grey carpet
  • Name board
  • Power socket
  • Two spot lights
  • Exhibiting on two days
  • Catering for two stand representatives per day
  • One ticket to the ‘Welcome’ Reception’ (per Company)
  • Company name and details listed in the final programme
